The Shop at Steel Toe Farm

The Shop at Steel Toe Farm is our custom processing facility.  We cut your livestock to your specifications for your personal consumption.

We do not process any wild game at our facility.

We are a small shop and aren't set up to handle extremely large animals.  For this reason we do have different pricing for any animal that hangs at or above 900lbs.  If you think that an animal you are going to bring us may be this large we would appreciate if you could let us know at booking so that we can plan and schedule accordingly.

Pork Processing notes:

*All smoke/curing (ham and bacon) is done in house

*We offer three types of sausage (Breakfast, Mild Italian and Hot Italian) 

        -"Bulk Packed" is 1lb. meat chub packages.

        -"Large Stuffed" natural hog casings stuffed and packed in either vac seal or paper (based on your selection) as ropes, approximately 1lb packages. 

        -"Small Stuffed" natural sheep casings stuffed and packed in either vac seal or paper (based on your selection) as ropes, approximately 1lb packages.
